huge thread about his massive failure as college head coach. Would like to know what were his most glaring shortcomings as a college coach. I assumed it was a lack of experience with development of 18 year old kids - all he knew was management of professionals...anything glaring from a program development perspective? Anything you could see as a writing on the wall that it just wouldn't work...I have no animosity and felt horrible for the guy. Would be interesting to hear if there were red flags from a program foundation standpoint
