Just wanted to pass along that Memphis (Tenn.) Whitehaven four-star safety Donte Vaughn was at Ole Miss today for an unofficial visit. Vaughn, who is a top target for the Irish at cornerback, is still eyeing an October decision, and plans to take an official visit to Notre Dame for the Texas game on Sept. 5.
It should be noted that Ole Miss is about hour drive from Vaughn's high school, so it was an easy trip for him to make.
