QB Recruiting

For all of the coaching changes, Rees is still the OC. Why aren't there any QB's or WR's visiting for Jr. Day? Arnold is off the board, Clemson is going all in on Viz now that they are out with Arch, and Moore just is not coming to ND (I've seen this movie before). So what is the plan? We took 1 WR in 22' - where are the WR's visiting for Jr. day that want to play for Rees? D recruiting has stars, commits, and Plan B guys if needed. O is a mess. Rees & Co. are recruiting hard, but I don't see any results or élite guys trending this way.
