I don't care call me a homer, whatever. The boys never quit. Playing what would be our 3rd string QB, a RB who was a safety/wr and then moved to RB in the spring, in hostile territory in horrible weather conditions and almost forced OT.

No excuses for the loss. It was all on us. Now, here's the deal. Forget this game. Forget all the mistakes. No sulking. No feeling sorry for yourself. No letdowns. If you keep bad feelings about this game inside you all next week, Navy will beat you.

I agree. Have to regroup and DOMINATE navy, then beat so cal. ND can still get into the final four. Have to win out, goes with out saying, but we need to dominate the teams we should and beat so cal and the trees.

Navy has the best option QB in the nation. Maybe the Irish defense won't be in the mood. That would be bad. Very bad. It was a total team loss. Staff and players. No excuses. Now, they need to get home safely. Get some rest. And, do the option thing all over again in front of fans who love them. What is done is done. BTW: Jaylon...you're the man.

This team has too much leadership and pride. I expect them to crush Navy.

I will admit that I thought the game might be over at 21-3 but the boys never gave up and nearly won the game. i'm really proud of the team even in defeat because they they came showed so much heart in the late 3rd quarter and throughout the 4th quarter. this team can still win 10 or eleven games in my opinion but it starts by getting over this game now and playing navy the same way they did tech
