Tenn commit, Alontae Taylor (4* ATH) was in town Sat. just changed his twitter profile pic to a pic of him in an ND uniform. Supposedly going back to visit Tenn this weekend, but w/ the staff out there, I expect him to land in South Bend in the end.

Payton Wilson (4* LB) UNC commit is supposed to be visiting this weekend i believe. right now it sounds like he's looking around, but it sounds like his family is loyal to that area and if he decommits he might go to NC St. But we're in it and thats all you can hope for.

Geordon Porter (3* WR) - i think he commits to ND this week if he's a take for us. He's supposed to be announcing this week.

we're close to landing some corners. None are the high level 5* players, but you have 4* Tariq Bracey from Cali, 4* Julius Irvin from Cali, 3* Noah Boykin, 4* Kyler Gordon, 3* Joe Wilkes (OV for the Wake game) & Taylor as mentioned above, all highly considering ND.

And looking ahead to the 2019 class, ND is really looking good early on the defensive side of the ball. I've seen people post that we will end up turning away 4* lineman cause we will run out of spots. There's a good chance ND could get 3 of the top 15 DTs a top 10 DE, a top 15 WDE, a 5* safety and a high 4* safety (1 site even rates this kid as the 4th best nationally). These are all ones that are considered ND leans or seriously looking at ND. Not to mention many think we'll get a top 20 RB outta FL as well.

That's good news. The two most important spots modern day is D line and secondary.
