Committed to Cal, transferred back to UGA. Very meh despite a 5* ranking. His brother was posting on our premium board a bit when ND parked the literal bus out in front of his house/school.

UGA got their first two transfers I see. Well they needed to up their WR room a bit. A little more explosive play potential. And they get his brother the DB to boot.
