Question for you ladies and gents - you have the ability to go on and be a head coach and (maybe) make a bit more money but take on the risk of doing so and being fired / not being able to replicate your current situation. However, if you stay where you are, you are probably guaranteed a lifetime contract tied to Dabo that will keep paying $2.5MM minimum moving forward. On top of that, you don't have the same stresses as a head coach. So, what do you do?
1) Do you stay / do the lifetime OC thing / bank it and destress a bit?
2) Take a HC swing - and risk it.
Honestly a fair question in my opinion (with no wrong answer). Venables has to be enjoying a wonderful life - is it worth blowing up? What should he do? What would you do and why?
Thoughts?
