I don’t see the problem from a purely eligibility point of view

The kid was injured numerous times and got an extra year due to Covid

If he has NFL aspirations, I understand his desire to continue to play

But if he doesn’t, he better come out into the real world with some pretty impressive credentials

I wish him good luck, but I can’t say the same for the Hurricanes
