This Tuesday, I had a Labrum tear surgery. I went through ACL surgery two years ago so I have a general idea of rehab and the such. But I wanted to ask how long was it before you could start getting back to normal and if you work out, how long before you started lifting weights. The day after surgery I started with those pendulum swings, shoulder shrugs and passive lifting of the arms and seem to be progressing, but if you have some tips, let me know, and if you lift weights, let me know your timetable and how it went.
