Apparently in talks with Jerra Jones about the Cowboys HC position. Wellll, Deion, the NFL isn't like CF because you can't just pick up whomever from whatever team since they're under contract. He says he wants to coach his sons? His QB son will be very average and his son that plays safety was average in college, so he's not even good enough to make an NFL roster unless Daddy's the coach.

Do it, Jerra. It will be a total shit show and I'll be making my popcorn.

I am intrigued on how this drafts QB class will play out over the next few years. Not a very strong class at all and I am not sold on Sanders, Ward, Milroe, etc. I might go with Kyle McCord instead?

Deon and Jerry are a match made in heaven. How long does it take before that shit show goes south. Stephan A Smith must be having a cow if true.
It went South when Dallas made Dak Prescott the highest paid player in the NFL. I'm not sure what he's accomplished in the NFL to deserve that, but I doubt Dallas makes the playoffs with him at QB, and especially if they hire Deion.

He did take a crummy team and make them competitive plus he recruited and developed the Heisman winner.

My kids like Sanders and the Colorado hype train, so we watched a few of their games.

Hard to predict how well Sanders can do.

My current thought is he isn't enough of a disciplinarian, Xs and Os guy, and engages too much in entertainment noise.

He'd probably do better to stay in college football and prove a turn around...as the NFL is tough and more unforgiving to learn on the job.

I doubt he can pull in the NFL what Freeman has with ND in college football...two very different coaches, the main commonality being charisma that attracts players.

What an absolute joke, 13-12 at Colorado, and only because they moved from the Pac 12 to the Big 12, and Utah, and Ok State were historically bad by recent standards. Not to mention they avoiding having to play the 3 best teams in the Big 12 this year (Arizona St, Iowa State and BYU) Of course, they happened to draw BYU in the Bowl Game and get whipped like a yard dog. Sanders is carnival barking clown

Don't confuse people with facts.
Let’s look a little deeper are into more facts.

- his schedules, as you like to say it, were “Charmin soft”. *Still waiting for you to answer what would Colorado’s record be in the SEC. You suggested such for Indy and Army and Navy among others…but when it came to Prime, you can’t seem to find your keyboard.*.

BTW, even your boy Herd said same! The irony.

- went one game over .500 with the Heisman trophy winner playing both offense and defense, and with a projected 1st round pick at QB. In 2 years, lost by 36 to Oregon, lost to unranked Kansas State, lost to unranked Kansas by 16, to BYU by 22, lost to 3-9 Stanford, lost to 8-5 UCLA, lost to Wash State by 40, lost to 7-6 Nebraska by 18…for starters.

- finished dead last in the Pac12 in 2023. lol

But let’s go with the headline ….he took a 2 win team to 13-12….lmao

SCHEDULE COUNTS, right? I mean you have lobbied how tough the SEC is, all year long. That schedule counts. How come no comparison for Prime? That his win % against good teams is poor.

Spin that any way you wish

My reason for thinking that it won’t happen is because Deon has almost complete control of the program in college, whereas he would have very limited control in Dallas.

Let’s not forget that Jerry Jones donated the AT&T Stadium for Chris Kyle’s funeral !
