Irish players look as nervous as a long tail pole cat in a roomful of rocking chairs. Nervous isn't the right word. Intimidated is the word I was looking for. I said it back then, the moment was way too big for them. But, that was then and this is now. Maybe new attitude.

Yes, I remember some who went to the game, including some premium site reporters, were saying that the Irish players were in awe of the Alabama players and they knew it was over right then and there.
