Oklahoma vs Navy

It’s ruined, and the ones that were pining for it are doubling down. 🤔

I’m not saying to continue to do it the way it’s been done in the past, but this was done Willy NILly and they effed it up.
Exactly, and when you think about it DIII games don't deal with this crap and the games are every bit as good

That might be true and you are a big on collective bargaining, but what you don't understand the universities will have all the power on the negotiations
The players need the universities to play for or there is no NFL gate.
These universities don't need sports programs to make money.....they each get enough government money with these highway robbery student loans for starters
So if this does goes to collective bargaining I hope the universities play hardball
The schools will have no greater leverage than any owner in any league. These schools need the players to make money off of CFB, and CFB would grind to a halt without them. And I know you want them to play hardball, because you always support whoever has the position of dominant power, and throw yourself at their feet. And the players, who represent the supplicating weak in this scenario, you instinctively despise. You've made that abundantly clear, your hostility for the players and their interests.

No it would not only DI due to the agents and lawyers defending the 1.6% (making the NFL)
Universities are money making machines outside of college sports.
And please explain to me how a University has dominant power over someone earning a degree at ND, or any other major university to make even more money than any sport could have given them
The players interest should be to earn a degree period, because outside of the 1.6% they will need that degree to make a living

Now let's talk about the harm these players actions are doing to the business where these bowl games are played .
There should be some kind of liability there as well
