Rees and Freeman are responsible for this loss. Yes, the players of course bear some blame too. But the game plan was atrocious, making it difficult for the offense to score.

Rees seemed stubborn regarding Diggs, Estime, and Tobias. Freeman allowed this.

The defense wasn’t great but still kept ND in it.

Lastly, this is a terrible Stanford team. Just shows how bad ND is right now.

Well Marshall was a terrible team too. ND O-line is as soft as kittens. It's a big problem.

Well, he does have tendency to fumble at inopportune times.

The one I can't get is Tyree. I think he should be a slot or third-down back. He's not electrifyingly fast to get outside and he's not strong enough to battle for yardage up the middle, and yet he seems to be the starter week after week.

Any chance there is a program friendly out if things hit apocalyptic lows like it appears they are headed?
