Not according to VegasInsider which lists several lines.
Other lines go the opposite way.
How do the people who rank the teams have a higher ranking team beating a lower ranking team ?
It shows that the people who rank the teams don’t know what they’re doing.
If you take ND as a 3 point dog and TAM as a 3 point dog, how can you lose ?
If either team wins by 1 or 2 points you win both bets and if one team covers by 3 points you win one bet and tie the other bet. And if one team wins by more than 3 points you win one bet and lose the other bet costing you the vig on one bet.
Seems like a lock, meaning that something is wrong

No kidding, after my first bet on ND football which started in 1956, ND vs Oklahoma, I wish I had known that ! Thanks for enlightening me !
A minus means they are favored and giving points. -3.5 means win by 4 or more to cover the spread and win. +3.5 means win or lose by 3 or less in order to cover.
For moneyline. -170 means wager 170 to win 100. Moneyline is straight up picking who wins. No point spread. +170 would mean wager 100 to win 170.
