Notre Dame Nation:

Watching the game today versus Perdue gave me hope for the future. Some of the players of note are:

Kennedy Urlacher
Bryce Young
KVA
Cooper Flanagan
Boubacar Traore & KK Smith

I like this kid Max Hurleman. He reminds me of Chris Fink or Scot Sollmann (coached by Lou Holtz). It was great to see Kevin Bauman, after all of the injury adversity that he has gone through. He scored a touchdown. I for one am happy for the kid.

That was fun to watch the backups today. Urlacher is unreal. Kedron Young and Anyeaus Williams look good. Micah Gilbert looks like one helluva specimen at WR

He played really well in the run game. Comes up fast and loves to hit. He had 1 really bad play in coverage where he ran into Mickey and they had a big play. The reason we gave up the 7 points.

Good player. Brings energy

As a Chicagoan, I've seen hundreds of games that his Dad played in. Brian Urlacher was a force. Just an incredible athlete. Hoping Kennedy is "that". Early returns look good.

The future?
At this point our future depends on how long we keep Golden.
I said after three weeks of his first season...He has the defense playing ferocious.
The defense is fun to watch. Really fun to watch. Even in this new everyone scores some points era. The defense can play with any top team.

The offense.....
Passing specifically....
Is like watching a D3 college team throw the ball.
The fact remains the game is QB driven today and the fact our coach picks the wrong player to start at QB gives me nausea and irritation.
Ridiculous!
