Notre Dame Strength of Schedule is # 84

After ND bulldozes Army and Texas wins the Lone Star Showdown, ND will have zero end-of-season top 25 teams on its schedule.
Texas am will still be ranked if they lose to Texas. Army will be ranked if they win their conference

And also, Georgia Tech and Louisville will have a chance to jump into the rankings

So possibly 4 at the end

Truth be told Army has zero business being ranked given the schedule the Cadets play.

If Army played a full SEC schedule, they finish st best 6-6.

Good luck against those Army Black Knights. You domers must be weally worried about this game.

Purdue beat Indiana St. to open this season. Let's start a pool. How many straight losses will Purdue have against BCS opponents? We are at nine and counting. Do you think Purdue will be able to beat a BCS opponent in 2025? Or are we looking at another 1-11 year next season?

I thought it was Purdon’t?

I know, we're so badass we knock all these teams out of the top 25. They were elite before they played us. They get stomped and then are relegated to the ash heap. Except for Purdue, they totally sucked from the start, that's why we beat them 66-7.

I agree, the Boilers are pathetic. But note the 8 toughest schedules in the nation are 7 SEC teams and Purdue.
Hey
You are back. Purdue average loss by 26 pts. Ouch. 18th place in the big10. OUCH OUCH. But you did beat Indiana State!

And guess what….ND still locking up teams to play (see Texas, Bama, MSU)…

Take a lap

Well regardless of the strength of schedule, they still need to win the next 2 to be considered for a playoff spot. It’s that simple. Convincing wins would be a plus. Barely winning might hurt. Either way , they gotta win.

ESPN is the lowest SOS rank for ND of all the systems. We average out to about a 67th SOS.

SOS rating systems are all over the place. Oregon, TX and ND are always grouped close. A&M and UGA are higher but that’s SEC bias. ND has played and beat now 4 ranked teams when we played them. A&M, Lou are competitive in any P5 conf. USC beat LSU and will also be competitive.

If you lose no games, your top 5 with a P5 schedule. If you lose 1 game, your top 10. If you lose 2 games your top 20 and if you lose 3 games you 21+.

ND will be less than a TD by Vegas in any of the top 12 they play.

Let’s add some more context:

Your Boilers are 18th out of 18 teams in conference. Embarrassing.

Purdont has been outscored 195-17 by teams in top 10 (ND, Oregon, OSU, PSU). Simply pathetic. Outscored by 11X

Purdont has lost by 18 to 6-5 Nebraska, by 46, yea I said 46 to 5-6 Wisky, by a TD to both 4-7 NW and 5-6 MSU….and by 17 to 5-6 Oregon State. For the record that is 5 losses to teams with a composite winning % of .430.

Your team killed may teams’ SOS
