Unranked and unrated so far, Frazier picked up a Notre Dame offer on Friday, his 14th. overall Georgia, Georgia Tech, Arkansas, Auburn and Wisconsin are among the other schools that have offered. He had track bests of 10.69 seconds in the 100-meter dash and 21.76 in the 200 last spring. Recently, he clocked the best 40 time at an Under Armour Camp in Atlanta (4.43) of any of the participants.
