Notre Dame made its first scholarship offers to 2027 quarterbacks on Saturday. Four-star recruit Teddy Jarrard of Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb was the first to report a Notre Dame offer early Saturday morning. Then four-star recruit Peyton Houston of Shreveport (La.) Evangel Christian reported an Irish offer as well.
