And it will be 100 degrees in Alabama with 90% humidity in the summer. So what's the point? You can put on more clothes than you can take off.

He realized if he stays in the south he will be limiting his long term future and that by choosing his own path and going to Notre Dame that when Football is over he will have have network world wide of people, genuine good people who will assist in helping him in life.
I think you might mean BVG. Longo may or may not to be to blame for one or two injuries but the others are just a fluke.
Don't think he is considering ND because of the Palm trees and beautiful beaches.
I understand kids like to go places that have a lot of activities but I don't understand weather conditions[except for scantily clad ladies at beaches]. He'll have to play in places like Buffalo,New England,Chicago and Green Bay to name a few cold NFL places.Might as well adjust now at ND. If he is serious at all about academics, he will choose the road of 40 years rather than 4.

I heard it was a very long shot to get Gentle Ben Davis. I will await Irishnumberones prediction.
just read that he gave the visit a 10 and called manti. hopefully manti told him to do his own thing and not let everybody around him tell that he has to go to bama
Our main competition for Davis might be Georgia because of the Kirby Smart move based on the little that I have read about him. Remember we play Georgia in a few years.
he told a recruiting insider that our irish are definetly in his top three and that he is looking forward to kely's in home visit. his dad loved the visit also
would be the biggest recruiting coup I've seen if he ended up at ND. From bama, dad played there and has said he hopes his son goes there, those are huge odds to overcome.
ND did steal Khalid Kareem from Bama. I hope Kareem and Davis met this weekend and Kareem can show him why ND is the better school to go to.
There is still hope .He is a long shot ,but long shots do come in . Ben Davis might like to try a different route ,the one least traveled by most top Alabama high school players who rarely stray from the SEC . We have a shot be it a little one.Hoping.
davis said today that our irish are now number 2 in his list of schools but the bad news is that he has Georgia and Bama tied for first, he said that he really loved the visit even though it was really cold. can't remember word for word everthing he said but basically said that notre dame was a totally different place in a good way and that he couldn't really describe it. I guess he means that you have to see notre dame for yourself because it's hard to describe

ND coaches are in Alabama today meeting with Davis. If we get him it will be because of Denson. Denson has been recruiting him since the 10th grade and they are close.
