No, haven't visited the museum but have been to the adjoining performing arts center many times. The Red Skelton Performing Arts Center is quite spectacular in its own right.

Think the first Sunday of every month admission is free to the museum. From my understanding, Red's widow donated all his memorabilia to the museum.

If you remember your fourth grade Indiana history, Vincennes is a very historical city with plenty of sites to visit.
