The Washington Post brought up the possibility of the Skins trading their pick to Denver. In return they's get Denver's 31st pick with the possibility of filling an offensive line need at center by drafting Nick Martin. That would be surprising but you've got to consider that teams may be influenced by how well Nick's brother is doing for Dallas. Here is what the article states:

Another possible trade scenario could involve the Denver Broncos, who are expected to take a quarterback, seeking to move up from 31st overall to ensure they get their man.

Denver also holds one second-rounder, two third-rounders, a fourth, two fifths, a sixth and two sevenths to dangle in front of a team like Washington as trade bait. In this situation, the Redskins still would have a first-round pick, with which they could choose to address their needs either for a center (such as Notre Dame’s Nick Martin) or a safety (such as West Virginia’s Karl Joseph), and then re-visit the defensive line in the second or third round.

Taking Martin would make sense for Washington, which is in need of a long-term solution at center. Martin would have a chance either to compete with veteran Kory Lichtensteiger for that job or learn behind him for a year and then take over the following season. Joseph, meanwhile, would have a chance to fill a void at strong safety and also contribute on special teams.
