Notre Dame has extended an offer to Beaumont (Texas) Central four-star running back Devwah Whaley. Whaley, who is ranked as the No. 11 running back in the country, named a Top 10 of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi State, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M on Monday.
The 5-10, 195-pound running back has already committed to play in the Under Armour All-American Game. Coaches from Oklahoma were at his school on Wednesday.
