Notre Dame has extended an offer to Ellenwood (Ga.) Cedar Grove three-star linebacker Elysee Mbem-bosse. Mebembosse, who is ranked as the No. 65 prospect in Georgia, holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Oklahoma, Ole Miss and Iowa. The 6-1, 228-pound prospect named an early top three of N.C. State, Alabama and LSU back in March.
