Need a little help: Knoxville restaurant recommendations

So my daughter has settled on the University of Tennessee. Being from Michigan, this is a little bit of a change, but my daughter and I will be in Knoxville May 13-15th so that I can check out the school since I was not able to make the trip when she did her tour. We are staying at The Tennessean, could anyone recommend some good/great restaurants to eat at on the 14th?
