ND vs Duke

ND Basketball plays defense like Baylor Football plays defense, with that said Irish hanging in and impressive today.
Where are the Brey hatters now. Great road win for the boys. Played their asses off.

Seems I remember seeing a post that the men's basketball season was OVER. Hmmm wonder if the person who posted that watched today. Not saying ND will win the ACC, but to win at Dook, with the ACC refs calling everything for Dook, is a huge WIN....
I understand the comment about the officials. It looked bad when they called the phantom foul on Zach in the last minute, but the Irish refused to break and this has to rank as one of the biggest upsets of the college basketball season.
ND has now won four of its last five against Duke. This is a particulary remarkable achievement, when the players are without a coach, and have to coach themselves---or at least that's what one regular poster here would have you believe.
You do realize Brey isn't allowed to recruit any athletes, right? He does a tremendous job with virtually no resources.

Who hates Brey on here other than Buguit? He wins big games with scraps while Kelly has one freaking big road win in his career at ND. Brey is the best coach at ND......Period.......
@Geben comment. No way. I was at the UVA game a year ago and it's very clear why he hasn't really played since then. He doesn't have D1 ability.
There is one poster on here that claims the players coach themselves every year. I wonder who he thinks that player is this year and if that player coached this game rather than Brey?
Auguste shoots too many air ball layups. Maybe he is tired. Geben could take some fouls or score a layup etc.
Duke played right into ND's hands .... wanted to live on the 3 pt line ... not attack the paint and for all the folks complaining ND doesn't play D .... Duke played less
Not to mention they only played 6 guys
NOTE: If you want to be satisfied trying to trade 3's with ND that is the one thing ND does well

Mike Brey is a sly fox. He recruits smart players so all he has to do is collect a paycheck and clap his hands. A great delegator.
Brey runs his team like an NBA squad ..... so does Coach K .... for the most part .... difference is Coach K does it with all 5 star players
What it say about Dukes defense and the great coach K when they give up 95 to a Notre Dame team
I expect the clueless to reemerge when ND wins .... you mean nice to be back ... for you .... at least try and bring something half-intelligent when you show up only after wins
Make sure you take the dryed up x-mas tree out of grandma's basement. It is a fire hazard.
You posting something intelligent about any ND sport has about as much of a chance as Brey diagramming an actual play for the team during a game ...
