He got the ND job because he had one good season at penn state when the big ten had a really bad/down year.

His record as a head coach is like 70-77. That's bad.

Brey had a .637% winning percentage, Shrews like .467% when the ACC is down! (his winning percentage at ND is less than that)

You don't know what you are talking about in basketball or football.
 
With Freeman’s hire I said I would judge him after season three, and I think the same for Shrew. Coaching, selections of staff, recruiting, player development…all factor in.

Yep, 3 years is fair. If I'm NDs AD though though i'm starting to better understand what potential future options are if 2025/2026 isn't turned around.
 
if this team does not show improvement by the end of the season, I think he deservedly should be on the hot seat for next year. Talent will be much higher, and no excuse for these kinds of fundamental weaknesses anymore. Not that there should be now, but that is reality.
