Are Louisville looking ahead to us? Or were NC State actually a really good team? Interesting.

Maybe.

NC states coach also a guy I expect to have his team play above talent level at times.

They returned a ton of starters the last few years but this year they lost a lot. We were fortunate to catch them in their 1st game (or was it second)

We're better than both so we weren't fortunate.

Both are good solid teams

NC State does have a pretty good defense, but now Louisville's taken a 13-10 lead in the 4th.

Louisville holds on for the win. So the Irish will face another undefeated team next week.

Still baffled Lville didnt get that td on replay. It was clear wr had the ball & was inbounds. NC State offense is just bad. If your NC State you gotta change QB's. For a 6th year senior that kid just makes so many unforgivable mistakes. At this point you have nothing to lose.

People assumed they sucked bc ND beat them.
It's called whether the quality of your football team is respected or not. ND hasn't earned the respect of the country on the football field, thus they are not given it. It's that simple.

This is not expert analysis. This is casual nonsense. Duke will play sky high because they havent had a game this important since Spurrier coached there. Gameday is there for 1st time ever & at night to boot. Duke will be intense. ND has to get through the initial emotion & once the game turns into a football game ND matches up well.

Both teams looked bad. NC State would have won if the QB didn't constantly turn the ball over. Louisville will most likely play better at home against us.

I only watched the 2nd half, when Louisville came from down 10-0 to win 13-10. They were clearly the better team in that half. NC State's offense was non-existent.

Nah. Top 30ish. Louisville will be ranked and they are about even teams.

Both good solid teams. Neither are great. Neither are bad
I think Louisville was definitely the better team. They came from behind on the road, and outgained them 306-201. They also had more first downs, 18-9. NC State's offense is lousy. I'd rank Louisville around 20th this week.

Same. I'm good with 20 to 25 for them

It is amazing how stupid you are.

Wolfpack had a lot of injuries. Three in secondary 2 rb’s and our center. Either way state lost this game because Armstrong locks in on receivers and is inaccurate. He plays hard but I don’t know how he threw for 4k plus yards two years ago. Need to make a change. Defense is definitely legit and as I said on here a few weeks ago, Payton Wilson #11 is one of the nations top linebackers. He got over 23 mph in the ND game chasing down a big play at 6 ft 4 240.

Should have smoked them if we had a competent quarterback. MJ Morris played very well as a true freshman. We’re all scratching our heads as to why he hasn’t been given a shot.

The game would have been wrapped up early but the lousy NC State QB threw an ill advised pass into the end zone for an interception. That drive would have sealed the victory. He then turned the ball over several more times. I blame the coach for not yanking him and replacing him with a cheerleader who would have performed better.
