Elston and I were able to sit down for lunch and had a very long conversation about the recruiting operation at Notre Dame. Elston talked about what changes he made when he was first appointed to the RC position, the people that do so much work behind the scenes, the transition after all the changes were made after the 2016 season and what Brian Kelly wants the operation to look like.
