Why is he under scholarship... His dad is an ND employee. I assume his contract is such that he doesn't need his son to be under scholarship and even if he did why not give him a raise? There are other walk ons whose families could probably use the help and whose effort warrants such. Just wondering if anyone else had similar thoughts.
