can the staff please let him throw a pass in the bowl game. He’s been a great holder for the team the last few years. He stuck with the program after his father was terminated, which could not have been easy. I would have like to have seen him get some minutes against Navy, but the Irish could not pull away for that to happen.

That would be a great gesture. Hopefully the game would allow that. MVG seems to be super popular among his teammates.

I like your thought and agree it would be great. It was never going to happen against Navy regardless, but it would be a cool thing for the Bowl game. Let's just hope he doesn't throw a 75-yard TD or the entire Board will melt down and ask why he wasn't or starter this year........

Unless Kelly gives him a chance, We'll never know. Maybe, just maybe, he should have been the starter.

Some of you guys won't know if MVG played or not in the bowl because they said they won't be watching. Gonna miss a great game against UCF in the Peach if things fall into place. Very least, one of two Orlando bowls looks promising. I'm sure MVG is psyched.

Everyone on that roster deserves to play at least a play or two. We had some nice margins early... Book should have played a lot more. I think he would have beaten Stanford.
