We don’t get every big recruit we go after and Freeling, a highly prized tackle was one of our recruiting losses that stung a couple years ago. ND, known for our offensive line, got some other players who did not seem to be as good. But we continue to pick the right guys for our program.

Guys that develop into elite talent and fit our culture. Freeling got totally exposed last nite. Embarrassed on an island for all to see by Oben, Sneed, Ausberry. Hinesh, cross, Rubio and Junior T

Sometimes I think fate still is under rated

Our tackles were getting whooped. Difference is Riley Leonard and the offense we run

When there's 85 scholarships to go around, 5 years to play 4, plenty of talent to recruit nation-wide and you recruit as well as ND does on the o-line, it decreases the sting of the loss such as Freeling.
