You do know that as of last month there were 167 universities being investigated for their handling of sexual assault cases by Title IX? Very few (if any) will get much more than a slap on the wrist, request to change protocol, and a probationary period for complying. Just like ND received over the Shembo case which led to ND having to change how they handled sexual assault cases twice in one year.

Since you seem to know more than anyone about FSU (even more than the professionals, investigators, Title IX and NCAA) this should be easy for you.

I also think if the "tiers" are all the same size, FSU is arguably in the next group of eight. Remarkable really when you consider that some other schools had a 50 year head start.
