Hey guys, a little request that I think crowd sourcing will work nicely for.
I have been sorely disappointed with my regular ND news sources. Over the last couple of years, they seem to have fallen greatly. I need a refresh on my outlets for information. I am not opposed to paying for a site, but prefer not, since most info can be found with a decent search. Certainly an option though. Here is my current top lineup. Please show me the way!!!
1) Articles
NBC Inside the Irish
Ever since Keith Arnold left, this site has gone downhill. I am a little old school. I like reading analysis articles in greater than 140 characters. Need a primary site for well thought out news.
2) Podcast
Irish Sports Daily
I respect Mike, but the production value of his podcast is AMATEUR!!! Bob rambles on, Mike stammers on, and Jaime sounds like he is calling in from the ISS. There must be a quality podcast with passionate fans offering intelligent analysis.
3) Video
Watch ND app
I use this on my mobile. It has been pretty good, but is there something better? Seems a lot of awesome videos don't make it to this app.
4) Twitter
Not a huge Twitter user. If there were 1 or 2 follows that were MONEY, I might use it more often.
5) Forums
I'm right here, right?
If people can post OT garbage unmoderated, I can certainly call into question this forum. Been posting for many years. A lot of old respected posters have moved on. But this is still the most active forum, with nothing even close. Am I missing something better? Does the pay forum offer a more friendly environment? Seems silly to just get a 24 hour lead on a news scoop or rumor.
