How in hell did we manage to blow a 17 point lead against Cuse?

We played Duke tough a short while ago, then after getting a 17 point lead today just seemed to fall apart.

Mike Brey stayed too many years past him caring and the guy we finally hired isn’t what we thought he could be. Not sure why we expected so much of him to begin with.

Agreed. Looks like an outstanding recruiting class coming in. Hopefully these continued dismal performances don't give any of them second thoughts.

I realize this is the era of instant gratification, but it's only Coach Shrew's 2nd year and Brey left the cupboard bare. The team is young, plays hard and hasn't had many blowout losses. The recruiting has improved and at least two Indiana All Stars will be coming to South Bend next year. Patience!
