Marcus Freeman has won his second coach of the year award for the 2024 season. On Wednesday, Freeman was named the George Munger College Coach of the Year. He previously won the Dodd Trophy on Dec. 31.
Freeman is the second Notre Dame coach to win the Munger Award following Tyrone Willingham in 2002. The award has been handed out since 1989.
