Football Manti Te'o and Todd Lyght selected to be on the ballot for College Football Hall's 2026 class

The College Football Hall of Fame revealed its 2026 class ballot on Monday, with former Notre Dame All-America linebacker and 2012 Heisman Trophy runner-up Manti Te'o and former All-America cornerback and former Irish assistant coach Todd Lyght representing Notre Dame. A total of 79 players and nine coaches from the FBS are under consideration for enshrinement as are 100 players and 35 coaches from the lower divisions of college football.

The 2026 NFF College Football Hall of Fame Class will be officially inducted during the 68th NFF Annual Awards Dinner Presented by Las Vegas on Dec. 8, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, and they will be honored at their respective schools with an NFF Hall of Fame On-Campus Salute, presented by Fidelity Investments, during the 2026 season.
