Something I've noticed is that ND very rarely draws defense offsides. In fact they are almost always jumping the snap count. Does Kizer not change his cadence at all?

Why are they in a silent snap count? The stadium is half empty, the crowd noise cannot be a factor. NC state's D is jumping the snap. Change up the cadence and get them jumping offsides
