Just want to say hello!

I am not a particular Michigan fan in any way nor am I a hater. I love the Harbaugh hire. I am looking forward to his next 4-5 years in Ann Arbor. If Jim can't do it then the program is in trouble. Similar to BK and our situation over here IMHO. I'm not crazy about losing the Wolverines on the schedule but you can only play so many games. Michigan with Harbaugh and MSU would have made some great action with ND. Too bad. Good luck to Michigan. The Big Ten needs them as elite contenders. College football is better in general with a strong Michigan, ND, Nebraska, PSU, Texas hanging around.

This gif will forever be on any computer I own. I even saved it on like 5 jump drives so I never lose it.

What is even more priceless is watching him sort of twitch on the floor afterwards.

Is that the play that cost ND a TD at the end or am I mistaken?
Correct

Gardner came out of the pocket to tackle after he threw the pick. And got leveled. They called the penalty. Took the score from 37-0 back to 31-0

Try and keep your head in the game. You clowns were beat 37 to nothing. Pres. Obama dropped it down to 31.

That penalty by good old #10 was the first of several undisciplined roughing calls by him. You see DG on the ground and I see points taken off the board. Who are "you clowns"? I feel the need to mention that I am a long time ND season ticket holder. I felt the penalty was a bad call by the officials but it was too close to call and unnecessary. I believe BK was upset with Max after the play. Anyway, I wish Harbaugh and Michigan good luck because I am a Irish fan who is a grown adult and not a ten year old child. I don't have the same feelings for Jimbo and FSU. I revert back to being a ten year old child in what I feel about them.

F>>K Michigan !!
I don't know. I had nothing against DG. He certainly did not carry the same negativity as Winston in my eyes. It was a good hit but unnecessary . It cost a score. Max went on to commit a couple more of these whoppers and wasn't he tossed for one of those penalties? It's been so long ago I can't exactly remember the circumstances. If that hit was on Winston, I would have been dancing in the street. Laying out a QB is pretty much akin to dropping a punter/kicker.

@irishjack- my bad. I got you mixed up with the OP.

I still think that hit by Redfield was clean and he did nothing wrong. Once gardener threw that interception, he became a defender and free game. Even if Redfield didn't drop him on his ass, number 17 was going to do it a split second later. As a long time fan of the Irish, it was a lot of fun watching that ass kicking!!

Go Irish!!

The sad part of that play -- is that Redfield DID NOT need to make that block. #17 was in prime position to pick him up and seals him off -- which in the eyes of the official, would have been legal.

That is why the flag was thrown on Redfield.

I understand full well why the flag was thrown. It was a bad call but I understand. I just hate Michigan with every fiber of my being so I still enjoyed every second of it.
