You were so close man. We drove down to Seward, meant to go to Grand Island, but traffic. Did you see the pics of the semi vs car accident? Don't know how anyone survived that.

The view was worth the drive. Sky cleared just in time.

Was at 99% in Evansville and it was still very light out. I was expecting to to be basically pitch black.

I wasn't that impressed but I have family in Alliance Nebraska where it was 100% and they said it was very impressive.

Same here in Seattle. I saw a total eclipse in 79 in Portland. Pitch black.

98% or so in Seattle and I noticed no change in visibility.
