My first home game in 2 yrs. some observations:
Great win against a good team on our senior night. Jerian and Pat played great!
Vasturia is a hell of a defender on all aspects. If he shoots like he did today, he will be all conference as a senior.
Auguste played a great offensive game but was totally outmanned on defense and the boards. He doesn't even try sometimes.
I know the game was largely decided by then, but why Clemson tried to press us is beyond me. We have to be one of the hardest teams to press in the country. We burnt them on it every time.
Lastly, the home crowd was for the most part awful. The white hairs in front of me didn't even stand up except to stretch during time outs. I know the students weren't there, but we can do better than that when the team plays like that.
Go Irish, let's win in march.
