Argusman is an internet worm hiding behind the anonymity of the net that posts under many different names and actually talks with himself (aka argusman, holy smoke, epictitus, big fella fan, tim terrific and a host of others) due to his lack of self esteem. This childish charade is foisted upon the message board by an adult man of retirement age living in South Florida in the Naples area that has an estranged daughter who attended FSU. He is a drop out of Maryville Teachers College (aka NW Missouri State) and pretends to be affiliated with Notre Dame but never attended the school. In wimpish fashion he hopes to curry favor from Notre Dame alumni through pretense and accolades. He is the pariah of Rivals, hated by all, estranged by family and has no credibility. His trademarks are poor grammar, name calling and vulgarity.

Congratulations to Epictitus for saying that the rockets our enemies want to launch at us are filled with gumdrops and happiness. That unquestionably wins the prize for being the most homicidal and callous thing I've ever heard. Let me give you a vastly oversimplified yet still basically true explanation of why I say that he has, on a number of occasions, expressed a desire to inaugurate an era of oleaginous, niddering McCarthyism. On all of these occasions I submitted to the advice of my friends, who assured me that it wasn't so long ago that people like you and me were free to take steps toward creating an inclusive society free of attitudinal barriers. Recently, that's become a lot harder to do. What happened that changed things so much? To put it briefly, Epictitus happened. By blaming all of our problems on the poor, beleaguered, taxpaying drudges of society who are only one paycheck away from the poorhouse, Epictitus has managed to encourage sordid braggarts to see themselves as victims and, therefore, live by alibis rather than by honest effort. Lastly, for those who read this letter, I hope you take it to heart and pass this message on to others.
