With the exception of OSU, they had the luxury of playing their "tougher" games at home. There's a reason why odd makers give +3 to the home team. I have a feeling ND Stadium is going to be lit Friday night!
Indiana is a good team. Well coached too. I feel that the bad weather will neutralize our team speed. I believe the winner will be the tougher team. Expect turnovers. I would feel better if the game was played at a neutral site with better conditions. I expect the game will be a nail biter. The regular season is history.Good point and their out of conference schedule is very bad, but they still played nine Power 4 opponents and soundly beat everybody but Ohio State and Michigan. That’s the hallmark of a great team. Alabama was 9-3 but lost to a pair of 6-6 teams (granted it was on the road).
I think the Indiana-Ohio State game was closer than the final score, but their next toughest opponent was only 7-5 Michigan. ND played two 8-4 teams but no 10-13 win team like Indiana played. I do think ND played a tougher schedule but not by much.
Just like pretty much every game, it’s going to come down to who executes better and can limit the turnovers and make big plays.
