Nah. We would have been blown outI think even purple face would have won last night
Can you imagine if Tommy Rees took Audric Estime out of the game on first down on the last set of downs, and lost 6 yards on the play? Or if Tommy only scored 14 points last night with Sam Hartman at QB.I think even purple face would have won last night
All about the narrative.I don't think a Kelly coached team would have gotten blown out, just as his teams didn't get blown out against Georgia in either of those games. I think it would have been a hard fought game with a coin flip for the outcome, much like last night, but if we lost I highly doubt it would have been because we didn't have 11 players on the field.
Some of the piling on about Kelly just gets a little insane after awhile.
It was like Tommy was still here huhCan you imagine if Tommy Rees took Audric Estime out of the game on first down on the last set of downs, and lost 6 yards on the play? Or if Tommy only scored 14 points last night with Sam Hartman at QB.

Not even you believe that...I think even purple face would have won last night
I kind of agree, but he was what he was: A very-good to great coach who couldn't get over the hump...he had the chances, he had the support, and grant you, he probably wouldn't have had 10 men on the field...but I think it's unlikely he would have brought Hartman in as a transfer...I don't think a Kelly coached team would have gotten blown out, just as his teams didn't get blown out against Georgia in either of those games. I think so. Kelly scored 19 and 17 against UGA, 14 & 24 in his last two games against Michigan. That 24 in 2018 Wimbush went 12-22 170 yards, 1 TD + 1 INT. So while Kelly did have some strong offensive outings I can imagine an offensive effort just as bad.Can you imagine if Tommy Rees took Audric Estime out of the game on first down on the last set of downs, and lost 6 yards on the play? Don’t leave out his record for most losses as well.I kind of agree, but he was what he was: A very-good to great coach who couldn't get over the hump...he had the chances, he had the support, and grant you, he probably wouldn't have had 10 men on the field...but I think it's unlikely he would have brought Hartman in as a transfer...
Kelly's legacy is a program record for wins, and a track record for big-game losses...he doesn't win last night, or come as close
