Yes they are highly ranked and still in shape to get a 4 seed, but from my view ND has not played very well since the Duke win. They are 4-3 with no impressive wins and some shaky performances. The offense seems to slow down and the lack of D is catching up.

My theory is Auguste. I said preseason that he was the key to the season and he has worn down in ACC play. Bonzie Colson is a better player right now against more physical teams. Auguste has good season numbers but mostly inflated against poor competition.

I also think Jackson has really regressed over the season. He is far less aggressive than he was early in the year. The offense is so much more potent when he is driving and he's sort of disappeared.

Thank goodness for Grant. I actually believe we will beat LV and then Clemson but an early exit in ACC and NCAA tourneys. I just haven't seen enough on the court to predict otherwise. The keys will be Jackson and Auguste getting the offense going again- we've seen it done this year. The defense is not going to be any good regardless, but this team can score to some wins if it gets back in gear.
