Is BK flirting with the Broncos?

He would absolutely take that job if offered. He’s old and his wife likes the spotlight. That said, he’s on the upswing to dominate the SEC. He already beat Saban.
Now he will get his ass beat by Saban for next 10 years.. He is not dominating SEC.. Georgia and Bama are already doing that.. He will settle into 9-3 10-2 coach like he was at ND and that's about it..

And he should get credit for that !

The whole argument of the haters is 2016, 4-8 and BVG. Yet, he bounced back with 44-6, CFP x2, and most importantly his is DC hires after BVG. Were Elko, Lea and Freeman. All considered really smart up and coming young coaches.

BK is about the sharpest cat in the football business. And i guarantee after an 8-4 season, Marcus Freeman would concur. Unlike many of the chodes on here, MF should reach out to Kelly, grab a pen and paper and go to school this off season. 8-4, works coming off 6-6 seasons, 8-4 is an issue, coming off 11-1 seasons.

IF ND does not win double digits next season? After winning double digits FIVE years in a row? Well, things will start to get uncomfortable. Next years schedule, especially opening up with the 3 layups, should produce double digit wins without much issue.

Can't wait for one of the geniuses on here to respond to my post with "yawn" the response of choice, when you have no data, no argument, no knowledge and no common sense. Come on go for it

are you his dance teacher!

Probably just angling for a better contract because, you know, $100 million, or whatever it is, doesn't buy as much as it used to.
I know if I'm LSU president,I'm not inviting him over for burnt ends.

I believe there are 4 aspects of running a CFB program, recruiting, player development, game planning/gameday coaching and setting the program culture … I’d say Kelly is a master at some of these and lives and dies with his assistants on others. Program culture is a towering strength for Kelly but was a bit flawed from the start at ND, as he routinely could not keep his players in line with ND standards (especially early in tenure) and the off field incidents were a stain and vacated wins are unprecedented at ND, and probably the ND constraints are why he left. Recruiting was an A as he adapted well to getting great kids to ND and maximizing their talent. Player development is mixed and probably falls on the assistants. Game planning and gameday coaching is where he’s average … mostly wins when should and doesn’t win when he shouldn’t, and plays too many conservative close games as a favorite which bit him in the ass a few times and probably hurt player development. He achieved all he was capable of at ND and I can see why both he and ND were happy to move in another direction. I’m also pretty certain Kelly wins < 10 games with this years team.
