You can’t leave out the strength and conditioning coach as well. I’ve always wondered if certain lifts that are done either too often or with too much weight could lead to an increase in certain injuries. Thinking something like hamstrings for instance.

Its a tough one to know if the injury bug is by bad luck or self induced.
