OPP is right if Stanford wins out, Clemson keeps winning and SC loses no more than one more. I think what some are missing is the games coming up for some of the teams behind ND. There is a substantial danger of ND getting passed. You may recall that happening to teams last year.Stanford has to beat Oregon to make it a virtual lock that ND gets in if they go 11-1. We need Stanford in the top 10 that night.
Ohio State's season hasn't started yet. Who is their marque win against? Indiana? They basically play a two game regular season. If they get beat by MI or MI St, they are out. Of course if they go 2-0 + win their championship game they will be in.
Is it really impressive to go undefeated against this cakewalk schedule?Agree
Absolutely pathetic. I don't see how the committee can justify them in the top 4
Look like Clemson, Alabama, Iowa, and Oklahoma State will be on Final 4 spot for playoff.
I can feel OSU will lost to MSU or Michigan. I hate to say: ND will lost one more time. BC or Stanford?
Your right and many of us have been saying that for weeks. It doesn't matter what anybody else does. ND wins out and they are in.
Oklahoma State isn't jumping up to a top 4 spot. As far as the BC game, they are pathetic this year. Their offense is beyond bad. They usually play ND tough but not this year. They will be lucky to reach 10 pts.Look like Clemson, Alabama, Iowa, and Oklahoma State will be on Final 4 spot for playoff.

this. no way a one loss big 12 team passes nd.Clemson, Ohio State and Alabama have spots and the final spot will be ND/Stanford winner or a potential Big 12 UNDEFEATED team....TCU lost so either Oklahoma St. and Baylor have to lose once each.
Agreed! Whichever one, ND or Stanford wins, should they win out is in and they should be.
I'd like to believe this is true, but I don't think it is.
An undefeated Big XII team will not be left out. Not after what happened last year.
The stars seem to be aligning for Okie State this year, who have TCU, Baylor and OU all at home.
The committee owes the Big12 nothing. The team they picked over the Big12, Ohst, won the championship.
11-1 ND is in.
And you are obviously an expert treeboy. LOL.Yeah, Ohio State won the playoff, but not against the Big XII, who were shut out of the process.
Anyway, human nature being what it is, I don't see the same conference getting shut out two years in a row, especially if they have an undefeated team and are competing for a playoff berth with one loss teams. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it.
And you are obviously an expert treeboy. LOL.
If Iowa beats an undefeated Ohst they will have an argument.Don't forget about Iowa. An undefeated Big 10 team would have to make it...right?
Not to say that they will or can. I guess the good part about that would be Iowa would simply take Ohio State's spot in that scenario. If Iowa beats an undefeated Ohst they will have an argument.
