It's difficult to make an actual count but I have only about10 posters whose name I recognize that arn't on my ignore list. It sure makes it more enjoyable and quicker to review the topics.
The ignore button is pretty effective when you get a thread like Terrible Loss......I lose fewer brain cells when those type of threads start with the ignore button.
It would seem that the best thing about the ignore button is announcing to everyone that you have used the ignore button in order to achieve the full satisfaction of the ignore button.
they never made any sense and the grammar was terrible..Oops there goes another one on the ignore list..But I have high hopes....oops there goes another,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's been my policy to ignore the ignore button. I am convinced that people who have others on ignore can't help themselves but to take a peek at what all the hub bub is about. What the ignore button has achieved is creating a nice tight nit little group where interlopers are not welcome. Imagine, grown men using an ignore button on an anonymous message board.
