Notre Dame will host its first round NIT game tonight when the Irish welcome the Hampton Pirates out of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
The Irish were just missed out on the NCAA Tournament while the Pirates were upset in the conference championship of the MEAC to North Carolina Central.
