It shows that PennState is a much better team victory for Temple than people give them credit for there is too much parity in college football to expect 49-0 every week Temple is a fundamentally sound team that's not going to beat themselves and Notredame gave them the football twice in the Red zone If Notre dame cleaned a few things up last night they would have won by 17 Temple better pay that coach because he going to be a good one

Dip, I'm not sure anyone would say that temple outplayed ND. We did turn it over twice inside the 10. ND had 170 more total yards, gained 2 more yds per play than temple did & had 4 more first downs. I give temple a lot of credit, they stuffed the run really well & played inspired, but saying that some think we were outplayed, I respectfully disagree.

Those kind of comparisons are foolish. Styles can make matchups or not.

All you need is the eye test. Everyone knows the Notre Dame receivers run like a track team. Provide runs like that too. He is a good back. Our O line is believed by many to be elite.
Is temple playing good tough football? Indeed.
Don't stereo type them into being only Temple or look at what they did against this team or that team.....they can play for sure. Especially on defense. Best defensive team Irish seen to date. They swarm and they tackle. Notre Dame could take a huge page from their book on tackling.

Agree I was speaking in general terms. I was stating throughout the game (on the board) Temple came to play.
